How to make a homemade masterpiece
1. Remove the dough from the package and place it in a lightly oiled bowl. Drizzle olive oil on top of the dough to prevent sticking. Cover the bowl with a tightly fitted towel or kitchen wrap.
2. Leave it to proof on your counter for 6-8 hours. The dough is ready when it has doubled in volume.
3. Stretch it into a 12 or 14 inch circle on a floured surface. Top and bake it in a preheated 500 degree oven. A stone or steel work great here if you have one.
